Dear QGCA Members,
From time to time, it is necessary to review our governance procedures.
The last review of our constitution was in 2010, so it is timely to review this as part of the sound governance we need to ensure we continue to meet our strategic goals.
The Executive Committee is considering amendments to our constitution as a function of this review.
These changes are aimed at enhancing the integrity and functioning of our association and ensuring our practices align with relevant regulatory requirements.
These amendments will strengthen the association’s operations and ensure we continue to uphold professional standards.
We will provide further details on these changes in due course with a special general meeting to be held on Saturday 23 November to ratify the changes.
